What are Knoh Credits and how do they work?
Knoh Credits are your AI usage currency — they power every action in Knoh.AI, from quick searches and file summaries to full diligence agent runs and deep research memos. Credits are pooled across your entire workspace and reset on the first of each month. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation; if you need more before the month resets, you can purchase top-up packs in-app at your plan’s overage rate.
Can I buy more credits without upgrading my plan?
Yes. Credit top-up packs are available as in-app purchases from your billing settings — no new contract required. Top-up packs are priced at your plan’s overage rate: $25 per 1,000 credits on Starter, $20 per 1,000 on Pro, and $15 per 1,000 on Max. Credits purchased as top-ups are available immediately and are used before your next monthly allocation. If you find yourself purchasing top-ups regularly, your billing settings will suggest whether upgrading to the next plan offers better value.
What is the Intake Inbox, and how does retention work?
The Intake Inbox captures inbound deal opportunities — emails, forwarded decks, and sourcing signals — and automatically enriches each company for your pipeline. On Starter and Pro, raw attachments (files and email bodies) are retained for 90 days; enriched company snapshots and structured deal data are retained permanently while you’re subscribed. On Max and Enterprise, all intake data — including raw attachments — is retained permanently with archive access.
Can I switch plans or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your workspace settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Annual plans are billed upfront — if you cancel, you retain access until the end of your paid period. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.
Is workspace storage shared across users?
Yes — storage is pooled at the workspace level, not allocated per user. Whether your Starter workspace has 1 or 3 users, you all share the same 15 GB pool. This means deal rooms and uploaded files are a team resource, not tied to individual accounts. Additional storage can be added from your billing settings.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your workspace data — files, deal rooms, enriched company data, and AI outputs — at any time, including after cancellation. Exported data is available for 30 days after your subscription ends, after which it is permanently deleted. We recommend exporting before cancelling if you need long-term retention.
How does Enterprise capacity and pricing work?
Enterprise plans are structured around your firm’s actual workflow volume rather than fixed tiers. During the sales process, Knoh.AI works with you to determine the right monthly credit pool, storage allocation, and user count for your team. These are contracted as committed monthly capacity and priced into your annual agreement. Credits and storage can be scaled up mid-contract as your usage grows.
